      Good benefits. You are going to need their in house PA to write a RX for stress of job issues. It’s a common occurrence.

      Cons

      If your flavor of Kool-Aid includes unattainable expectations and micro-managing, this is the place for you!

      Decent money but still less than the competition

      Cons

      The list is too long to share. > My Director was one of the most emotional "leaders" ever. She constantly berated her teams and us as individuals. She once reminded us that it was employee appreciation week so make sure you come in early and stay late so that you can enjoy being appreciated. > CHG pays BELOW all of the other competitors like Staff Care, Advantage, Fusion, Vista. For a company that is so profitable why are they paying less than the smaller companies? > Top performers are commoditized. What difference does it make if you spend all of your time nurturing relationships with your clientele because in the end CHG lets you go and they keep the business. They do not care about their people. > Putting people first is a loose moniker, at best. > The CEO enjoys speaking his political alignment as if it were the opinion of the entire company regardless of your personal stance. > Poor leadership

      Pros

      You can make decent money here and they do have some fun perks including a gym on site and a medical office onsite.

      Cons

      Incredibly micro Managed. Compared to what you make the company, you make very little. Maximum of 3.9% and usually around 2%
