      Pros

      The leadership is amazing here! I know there is a lot of teams but I've been on a few and have always had great leaders. You get a lot of support here and always able to get more coaching. You can make a lot of money if you work hard. It truly does pay off! The leaders also encourage you to grow. That can be hard to find within companies.

      Cons

      It's a grind but that's sales. I wish we had a different phone system.
