Work life balance is very important to us. If you feel like you're never off the clock, talk to your leader or your leader's leader about your workload.

Pros

Zero absolutely zero pros here compared to real cities.

Cons

Nepotism, family hick fun, and your typical sterile utah attitude crash the boards here. Worst decision professionally, actually second worse decision coming to work for once again another, boring, cornbread utah company trying to be something special from silicon valley. Whilst bringing religion to work, and a sense of pride that the utah bee's baseball team gets perfectly.

Pros

Overall, you will get the opportunity to work with great people and, experience great formalized sales training, before you hit the sales floor. They don't pay your insurance premiums but the compensation package is "fair to good". There's decent opportunity for advancing within 1-1/2 to 2 years of service as long as you're meeting or exceeding "reasonably set" sales goals on a regular basis. You'll likely make some good friends along the way.

Cons

You're placed on your team and specialty and don't typically have a choice as to where you go or who you work with. The team could be doing awesome or struggling. If the team is struggling, your paycheck will likely reflect it. You won't know how your team is doing until you get there and experience it for yourself. If that's the case, you'll have to hang in there until things correct themselves or until you make a choice to go somewhere else.
