a demoralizing place that left me with no personal life and no career progression

Some of the people i met there i have become friends with for life.

Cons

working long hours in a windowless warehouse on hard concrete floors while unable to have your phone on you for any reason whatsoever. No career progression is possible while raises were out of the question. The company was bought and sold 3 separate times while i was employed as everyone tried playing hot potato with it.
