Pros

Good benefits. Flexible hours. Room 4 advancement.

Cons

Was offered a promotion after working w/ them 4 about a yr. However, even though I went up 2 positions, they were only willing 2 increase my hourly pay by a little over a dollar instead of paying me what the starting pay is for the position if I was hired outside of the company. I now have 6 subordinates that make $2.00+ more than I make.

Pros

Great benefits and freedom to work from home.

Cons

Low salary. Tendency to sell contracts too low in order to ensure they win the contract. Then cut people and drive unattainable goals to the field teams. $16 is not a living wage in Denver for experienced staff.
