Pros

Good , work in a multi cultural, accommodative seniors, good atmosphere, providing exposure career growth, learning , work life balance

Cons

Nothing specifically. Compensation though not bad, is not the best. Business process training, online training are useful, though changing projects, teams are painful. Employing inexperienced juniors are a pain at times for managers.

Pros

You gain learning experience if your career goals are IT specific.

Cons

Extremely High turn over rate...the training is minimal. Individuals are promoted to management position without previous managerial experience.

Pros

It was my experience you do have a lot of opportunity to learn and get exposed to practices and procedures. They do leave the door open to get industry certifications for free which is great. My immediate supervisor was as good as it could get but he can't save a poorly run company.

Cons

The company is struggling to keep contracts and stay relevant. This leads to turmoil and inconsistency. The upper management has been anti field service tech while trying to reduce costs. They've added more chiefs to explore other areas at the expense of field service. I put 40k miles on my vehicle working for them in this last year. Tenured employees get more vacation time than any new employees will ever get. There is no upward mobility, no raises, and if you apply for a lateral position they may not even interview you.
