Pros

Online training as various subjects. Direct management is usually really good. Work-life balance is decent (If you aren't a lead\manager). Plenty of PTO (Well, now they bring you in at 8 hours /month vs 12 when I started).

Cons

Upper management has a complete disconnect from the local branch. If you are looking for a pay raise, don't bother. No clear direction. Upper management never has actual information (Will have to get back to you) < Everytime. CompuCom lost it's contract to IBM, supporting Walmart. Expect ALL positions to be gone mid-May.

Pros

Great team work with knowledgeable people

Cons

There is no growth on your career. Good stepping stone for college kids, but there's no future there. I worked there for 5 years and was moved to many different positions, ended up being a team lead and never got a raise. They kept promising next year and that never happened. Thanks God I decided to get out.
