Pros

Good if you like a fast-paced, changing environment.

Cons

Company culture has changed for the worse since C-suite turnover. No raises or bonuses in years.

Support Tech @ Intel

Pros

Once you get a permanent gig, it is really permanent... CompuCom is a solution provider for Intel so you can stay on site as long as you do good work and get along with your group. Intel felt like home. Worked on lots of cutting edge hardware, lots of alpha & beta stuff.

Cons

CompuCom management looks down on their contract employees. This goes beyond the standard dual system of pay and benefits. You can stay as long as you like but though you become better and better at what you do-- hence more valuable to the people you support-- you will NEVER get a pay raise or a bonus unless you are a really good boot licker.

Pros

The only thing good about this company is the friends that I have made.

Cons

Lowest paid salaries across the board. No merit raises for anyone. Salaries are 30% the average.
