Pros

6.667 hrs of pto gained a month, i think. 14.42 and hr. 43 cents a mile minus 15 miles a day and 30 mins of actual time deducted a day to simulate the 15 miles. If i contribute $200 to my IRA the company puts in a crappy $20 or less. You must perform being "on call" for 1 week out of the month which lasts for 7 days straight M-S and it starts at 5pm and ends at 8am, in which your regular workday starts. You receive a lousy $100 bonus for this plus any hrs you work.

Cons

Mediocre pay at best. Very low micro mgmt which is good. They also don't seem to wanna follow the contract you will sign showing your work hrs between 8-5pm. Being that they give you cases that start at 6am or at 8pm.

Pros

you can do what you want when you want, as long as you meet sla's and turn in billable hours, even if they are concocted (they encourage this) your a winner!

Cons

Management is bonus driven, sales pens unrealistic contracts without consulting field but doesnt care, management hires "temps" to service projects for long term clients and the results are disastrous, payscale isnt much better than fast food joints...the company treats the techs like dirt though the techs create the income...like I said it is bonus driven, managagement will not supplyneeded help or supplies if it will detract from their bonuses, blaming the techs in the end

Pros

Only the co-workers were the only ones that get you through the day. They were very friendly and helpful with training. But even they were frustrated, loathed and had no shred of respect for the incompetent management running the place. Everyone was looking for other work while working there and stated that this company wouldn't and doesn't deserve a two weeks notice, ever.

Cons

They lied to you about working nights, weekends and holidays. They provide inadequate benefits. There is no room for growth, no bonuses, and certainly no room for raises, ever. Their management is only concerned about meeting numbers. The management is incompetent. They matter, not you. You can't use your personal phones. You can't leave early, even 20 minutes because they freak out. They don't care if you have kids, young or old, that may require you to leave work to attend to. They think your time is only for them and no one else. If you work the phones, and are 1 minute late logging into the system, you are written up for tardiness. You have horrible PTO and vacation time. Even if you request time off, 2 or more weeks in advance, they won't approve it. They expect you to work and not take time off. They don't provide adequate training, ever. And if you ask for more training, they will blow you off because they don't care. I wish I could give negative stars for this. Also, there are higher ups who purposely come out onto the floor just to look at everyone. They also lean up against a wall to watch people. Don't believe any of the bull they give you. This is a sinking ship for jobs!!
