Pros

Ample vacation provided - more than most companies.

Cons

6 years without a raise - company wide. Executive committee sent out an email on a Monday reporting record profits, and followed it up with an email 3 days later stating margins were too tight for raises yet again that year.

Pros

Benefits are decent. They pay for certification and tuition reimbursement. If you're in Service Delivery your dealings with CompuCom are kept to a minimum.

Cons

Pay is well below national average. Raises are based upon negotiated contracts. The cost of living adjustment is ridiculously low if at all. The company is also top heavy. Every week there is a new email about a new VP being hired.

Pros

NO PROS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF TIME.

Cons

From the first day CompuCom contacted me, I should have known it would be a disaster. First, the recruiter gave me a Project Manager position description. I went through the interview process and when I received the offer letter, it end up being a coordinator position. Since the position was with a prestigious company, I decided to accept. After this, everything went down hill. A few examples below. 1. The laptop was sent with no instructions 2. HR sending multiple notification to compelte the first step of the I-9 employment verification when it was already completed. The receipt was forwarded 3. Could not schedule the second step of the I-9 employment verifications 4. On my first day of work, the recruiter asked if it was my first day of work 5. Being sent home on my second day of work because CompuCom did not have clear communication with Microsoft regarding me being in the system and I-9 verification I could go on but the overall conclusion was due to CompCom's lack of inteligence, organization and miscommuncation, I'm left without a job. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
