Required biometric health screening so the insurance company and employer can know your weight, BMI, blood results, urine results pre-existing medical history. Don't want to give it up? pay a $30/per paycheck surcharge in addition to your steep healthcare costs. You smoke? add $30 more in surcharges. Zero advancement - They lose the contract, you lose a job. Promotion? dream on. Highest turnover rate I've ever seen. As soon as a good tech gets a better understanding of who CompuCom is, they quit in droves. Minimal retention rate, and those left should have never been there in the first place. You are a drone, worker bee, trench digger, and will not aspire to become anything else. You want a raise? Find another employer.
