Pros
- challenging work & you can gain experience on technologies that are cutting edge (at least in the IT security area) - Company benefits start from day one. pretty good I must say!
Cons
- turnover, it seems they are changing their hiring process (at least at my location). The turnover comes from bad hires but they are quickly put to pasture. They are weeding out the weak links. - Too many people with English as a second language. Sometimes I think I'm not even in my country as co-workers prefer to speak to each other in their native tongue. And yes they are talking about work and the clients we support so it's very annoying.
