- Management plays favorites; some get all the credit, flexible hours, can work from home but others do not - Company doesn't invest in people or technology. We have broken processes that don't work and lots of manual effort for a 'technology' company - Hire and fire at will and it is not based on performance - Will promise anything to customer to win a deal, even if it doesn't exist. I reported someone for fraud for falsifying reports to HR and their manager and nothing was done. - No raises, even for top performers

This has to be the worst company to work for in the country. No raises, benefit prices are outrageous for really bad coverage, might as well just purchase insurance elsewhere. This company will charge a client 3 times what you are paid then say there is no money for a raise. Upper management gets huge raises but the employees doing the leg work gets nothing. I have no idea how this company is still in business. CEO’s salary increases every year and the employees get less and less. Do NOT EVER take a job at this dump. Your manager may contact you a few times a year to tell you what you’re doing wrong even though they have no clue what you do because they aren’t on site. Another ploy they use to justify not giving merit increases.
