Pros

- Engaging work - I was employed in a small team of around 20 people, there was a good spirit - Hands-off management and involved leadership - Understanding management - The company wants to see its employees succeed

Cons

- Little vertical mobility, may be due to the fully remote nature of my position - CompuCom is a contractee, vulnerable to contracts being dropped - I prefer more involved management - The documentation we used for our work was not very good
