Pros

New hire annual pay benefits: 80 hours PTO, 48 hours of U.S. holidays, 48 hours of floating holidays & 8 hours care day for an annually 184 hours (23 days) of company paid time. On 5 year anniversary accrue 40 additional hours of PTO and additional PTO after further seniority years of employment.

Cons

Lack of career advancement opportunities. Poor salary. Poor 401K matching. Job title does not reflect job duties & responsibilities . Lack of steadfast HR support & understanding for its employees. Lack of adequate annual raises. Lack of bonuses.
