Pros

Very good work environment and the management is so supportive. Even when I was working from home I had my share of network connectivity issues and laptop issues but my teammates and management made me comfortable in every situation. Good learning growth if you master a new skill with certificate the management will help you in changing the job role if it exists within the organization as a IJP.

Cons

Not much just regular things now and then which is common in every IT professionals life and can be ignored.
