Pros

Not many, except maybe the opportunity to work remote. It used to be a decent place to work until they were bought by their current investment company and got rid of the CEO. The one there now is a joke - it is nothing but a "good ole boys" club. If you're an old white guy you may stand a chance, otherwise you'll be out on the streets in less than a year.

Cons

I have never seen such an unstable company with such poor leadership. They have been slashing and cutting jobs for almost two years. At this rate I'm surprised they have any staff left. If you are considering a job there, RUN AWAY - don't walk. You'll likely be unemployed in 6 months when then go through their 15th round of restructuring and layoffs!

Inept Micro management

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Entry level place, No raises, with very poor management that frequently changes. Steady job lots of travel. Plenty of PTO

Cons

Management, no room for growth. No promotions they only hire from outside of company. In order to excel you would have to quit job and reapply for better position. Managers were new every year and always looking to climb the corporate ladder on your back. Lots of layoffs. Corporate very slow to adjust to change.

Pros

I have nothing good to say. Stay away!

Cons

1. Poor Environment for Women: The company is particularly unfavorable for women, with numerous issues ranging from the benefit package to daily experiences. I would never recommend Compucom to women. 2. Lack of Culture and Diversity: There is no cultural diversity, and the company is dominated by employees with over 20 years of tenure, leaving no room for growth for newer employees. 3. Gender Bias: As the only woman on my team, I constantly felt undervalued and excluded from conversations, as if my contributions were not considered worthy. 4. Unrealistic Changes: The new CIO aims to implement AI changes overnight, leading to instability and impractical expectations. 5. Job Insecurity: There have been numerous layoffs without clear reasons, creating an atmosphere of job insecurity.
