Large end-to-end managed services company providing consultants to a large number of midsize and large enterprises.
Cons
Low pay. Employees will go for years without a pay increase. Twelve levels of management have to approve any pay increase. The only training they will pay for is Skillsoft (limited online training). Good for Windows certifications but that's about it. Employees are just tools to increase profits i.e. they do not care about work/home life balance.

Not a great salary Not many raises or bonuses No Christmas party or work outings or team building Not much communication between departments Not much support from management and they are not open to feedback

Very good benefits as Primary Basic Health Insurance and High Expense Private Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Visual Insurance, Food tickets for restaurants and groceries stores, Paid Time Off, usually 1 day for every month, savings box, vacations and more according to the possition. Great working environment, safe place to work, clean and neat, very good management and trainings, opportunities, etc.

Salary is not that great.
