Reorganization move to a different business unit. Not nearly as supportive, lack of communication and trust. Management not leaders in this sector. Any training or development opportunities came to a grinding halt. 2 stars to the current unit.

New leadership has promised that they will develop and provide better career paths, and provide training where needed. This has been promised for over two years with no changes. Employee engagement is extremely low due to no job security and no reason to go above and beyond as absolutely no motivation is given to do so. No raises ever and they add more responsibilities but don’t compensate for it.

Not much for training opportunities or for advancement. Regular raises weren't really a thing either.

Management at all levels does not needs to be shaken out - top notch managers are a pipe dream while bench warmers just don't get it. I would be surprised if Compucom still exist in 5 to 10 years. Compensation does not reflect the time and training needed to accommodate vendor requirements to work on their products. Kind of like they want you to wear a 200 suit but work in the dollar store.

No raises, not even COLA, over worked but was expected to keep OT down.

Management should be more responsible towards their associates rather than giving more importance to their Managers

Terrible management. No organization. No documentation. Terrible pay. No training. They just threw bodies at phones. If it weren't for how much I loved my direct shift manager and my team I'd have quit the first week.

Job security in this company is a joke, They can fire you any time.More over this company does not have a it frame work so no Bench, No cross training , Not PIP.They just pay 1 month salary and ask you to leave.The managers are useless , i would suggest to join only if you have no option and don't want learn learn anything.
