Pros
Loved the people that I worked with. Cafeteria was nice and free Starbucks coffee. Fun environment to work in.
Cons
Projects can end or not begin suddenly. Pay was okay, but sometimes felt pretty under valued. Work life balance was not really there.

Management responds reasonably quickly to my needs. Positive work environment. Ability to grow and move up if qualified. HSA , company gives you $500 a year to help off-set medical expenses.
Cons
Benefits are not so great, and kind of expensive. Slow to give a raise even after a few years and good performance.

it was a job nothing more, free training provided through online courses, laid back environment but lots of work to be done, lots of experience to gain from low level technical work for multiple clients
Cons
lack of career growth, incompetent management, no pay raises, bad team work, new hires lack proper training, no team meetings to discuss goals, management communicates very poorly if ever at all, lots of pats on the back for doing nothing of value

CompuCom gives you opportunities to grow and they are very selective of talent that grows and develops the best staff. They are Nationwide so opportunities abound for those who are free to move to different locations to find work and they try to make a great work environment.
Cons
The typical pay is not that great overall.

-Good opportunity to enter the networking field -Great work environment -Open doors policy -Comfortable chairs -Personal drawer -Your shift preference is taken into consideration (Night/Day)
Cons
-Low salary for experienced people -Limited growth possibility -Not much to learn after 2 months -Laziness is permitted -Good performance is not properly rewarded -Dirty cafeteria and bathrooms (smell is horrible during the night) -Bonus payments get delayed -They hire incompetent L2 support instead of promoting competent L1s that show commitment, high performance, enthusiasm and high technical knowledge obtained during their free time. -Hard to access zone from Mexico City. -Expensive zone to live near workplace

Good work environment, but a lot issues inside company. First salary way to low 14hr, Second field service technicians are uneducated.
Cons
CompuCom is now hiring new technician because old staff is quitting due to bad management.
