The ONLY pro is that you can work from home. The office is dead except for the pesky IT guy.

Current management practices are not aligned with the realities of day-to-day operations. The company expects loyalty and going the extra mile but it seems there's also a prevailing sentiment that these efforts might not always be reciprocated when financial considerations come into play. work from home and travel and thats about it

Cons

Company will lie to you about commission . You won't get your commission money until 2 months after the event. Little to No training. You won't get reimbursement from your travel expense until the next month. And its 5$ per sale on from new exhibitors so that's not gonna pay you anything. When you actually need help, they won't help you. I know, just ask HR ( which is a joke) and the supervisors ( waste of space)
