The ONLY pro is that you can work from home. The office is dead except for the pesky IT guy.

Cons

Current management practices are not aligned with the realities of day-to-day operations. The company expects loyalty and going the extra mile but it seems there's also a prevailing sentiment that these efforts might not always be reciprocated when financial considerations come into play. Zero communication...

Lack of competitive salary Long hours and weekends Very clickish company Lack of Communication Gossipy IT guy. Has nothing to do but talk and gossip. I try to come in the day he isn't there to get my work done. If not he'll stand by your desk and talk and gossip and bad mouth people. He also tells you how you should do your job .Waste of a salary. No encouragemenet The outlook of this company is very scary.

Work from home. That is it.

Cons

The worst finance department ever encountered. Be ready to pay your own money to support company business trips and wait up to 3 months to be paid back. . Employment contract changed on a whim. Beware any tiered commission plans. By the time you are close to the higher tier of commission you may be let go. After 15 trips over a 18 month period, 1 missed trip due to disability and was fired 4 days later.
