I feel this company doesn't see us as individuals but as a mere number! They will furlough you during the Holidays, tell you in the new year you will get a raise but you won't. One thing you can count on is that your concerns fall on deaf ears.

Lack of competitive salary Long hours and weekends Very clickish company Lack of Communication Gossipy IT guy. Has nothing to do but talk and gossip. I try to come in the day he isn't there to get my work done. If not he'll stand by your desk and talk and gossip and bad mouth people. He also tells you how you should do your job .Waste of a salary. No encouragemenet The outlook of this company is very scary.
