Lack of competitive salary Long hours and weekends Very clickish company Lack of Communication Gossipy IT guy. Has nothing to do but talk and gossip. I try to come in the day he isn't there to get my work done. If not he'll stand by your desk and talk and gossip and bad mouth people. He also tells you how you should do your job .Waste of a salary. No encouragemenet The outlook of this company is very scary.

Based on the people I see being hired they def don’t discriminate on age.

Cons

Long hours, not properly staffed, no qualified HR staff, PE company running the place doesn’t understand how to staff properly or doesn’t care how overworked currently employees are.
