Pros

Colleagues were nice, decent people trying to survive and avoid the revolving door atmosphere created by a tyrantical CEO.

Cons

Poor pay, lousy management, work environment that belongs in the Cold war era in Russia. Even when you are on target, they lay you off because is newer is better - easier to push around and get your contacts in the first six months then dispose of you.

Pros

There are no positives to working here in any capacity. Regardless of level or position. If you are serious about a career, this is not the place to be.

Cons

The worst career decision ever made. Being homeless is a better option and a step up. It continues to be a horror.

Pros

If you need a quick job for 6 to 9 months, this place may hire you. However, you will not last more than 6 to 9 months, because of its unstable culture and poor management.

Cons

CGS is basically a short term mill that sucks in uninformed people with false promises and fancy titles (without any authority, resources or potential). The organization is a one man shop (very old man at that), that resembles a dictatorship without any oversight or controls. It survives by the pure ineptitude of its competitors and the ignorance of its clients towards better solutions and technologies. Think twice before ending up in this place!
