Pros

They have a great location in the Financial District of NYC

Cons

No collaboration and lots of pressure. The technical support staff is literally stuffed into 1 big room with no windows and poor ventilation. Since they have a large call center, benefits are poor and geared toward the high turnover at the call centers, which means no health insurance for your first year of employment.

Pros

The hours are flexible. The work is relatively easy once you get down to it. You probably have the greatest degree of freedom one can have at a job of this type.

Cons

No raises for 3 years. A punitive attendance policy designed to evade employment laws. Complete disorganization. A cover your ass mentality.

Totally Toxic Environment

Pros

They only have a few locations in the US so the damage is localized.

Cons

The owner and executive team are toxic. They've run off two SVPs of HR in 2 years, numerous directors, two VPs of Operations and the VP of IT. All those individuals were under a year in tenure who decided to run for the hills once the true culture was experienced and the owners approach felt. The organization is run in a fear based tyrannical manner. Employees are mentally abused, poorly paid and work in horrible conditions. The leadership rewards lying and promotes a culture of backstabbing from the top down. Stay away if you are a potential client! They lie regularly and hide information from clients. You will regret connecting with them.
