They will work you to death. It's inevitable, given any situation such as this, that you will gain some experience. You will also gain experience in dealing with cutthroats.

Cons

Beyond disrespectful. They view employees, even professionals, as cattle. Management looks for every opportunity to swindle their employees out of time, bonuses, vacation compensation, you name it.

Most of the people I worked with are very friendly.

Cons

Lack of scope in term of product development. CEO is blinded by a rosy picture painted by the managerment. High turnover.
