If you have NO technical experience and NO work experience and want the company to pay for you to learn, and don't want to work at McDonalds', and want to see how a BAD company is run, then this company is where you will get THAT experience.
NO chance for raises or advancement. And one corner of the building smells really bad, they don't take a shower very often, for some odd reason.
Managers AND management are HORRIBLE, incompetent, and ONLY interested in numbers. I think the managers did sexual favors for upper management OR paid upper management ALOT of money to become a manager, because the managers are too stupid and incompetent, they must have done one of those or both to be a manager. They are not qualified to do ANYTHING.
If Trump took this place over, he would fire EVERYONE, have them sterilized (so they could not procreate and make MORE stupid people!), burn the building, bring in an exorcist to get rid of any remaining evil and turn this place into a landfill.
