Just about everything else. You are setup for failure. The company boasts an entrepreneurial mentality. The only thing they have in common with entrepreneurs is the lack of pay and lack of benefits. There is a gross lack of management. Deals get stolen by management who takes 100% commission on deals. Yes, you heard me right SALES MANAGERS CAN SELL AND RECEIVE SALES REPS COMMISSIONS! Don't let them tell you they can't. If you are looking for a place to lay your hat, do nothing important, and not make any money, this is the place for you.
