Pros

-there are no pros to this place. even the corner store disputes with their customers but CGS wont. Customer is always right, just take care of it attitude. no personal growth, no bonus, no raise but plenty of after hours and weekend work without compensation. CGS has no overtime policy but plenty work to do after hours for employee to do for free because clients pay for it and demands to see the service they are paying for.

Cons

- no overtime pay but plenty of work after hours and weekends for free. - for an IT company, CGS management has no clue about technology as their main focus is sales while the engineers are asked to deliver quality and quantity on time. -frowned upon when refuse to work beyond what you are being paid for to do.. - personal growth is talked upon but not acted on by any means. you are asked to do the dirty work to keep the client happy, keep the money coming in. - 100+% growth , more clients coming in and no talk of raises, thanks!

Pros

None...unless you like to be chastised and ridiculed in front of your peers.

Cons

Extremely poor benefits, ridiculous expectations - you never know where you stand, zero management communications. You can never suggest new ideas...you will get fired. Excessive turnover in middle management and 90% turnover in sales personnel in 2 years. Ignore the 5 star ratings by current employees...they were instructed by the CEO to post them that way. The CEO also steals your PTO once you leave or get fired.
