No pros just a payceck

Cons

They are so focused on their client that they can't see what is right in front of their nose. They want to hire dummies to work as skilled labor and pay pennies for them and then treat you like crap. THey do not care about anyone but their own pocket book despite claiming that they serve their clients. There is no room for advancement and no raises...in fact the pay for new employees has been reduced to $11!

Pros

Everybody is really friendly, but experiences vary depending on the project you get to work on. As a tech support agent at AOL the salaries were alright. If you have an above-average knowledge in IT you will be more than qualified. If you learn to achieve the pre-set goals your salary gets bumped considerably.

Cons

Work hours varried every week and so did the off days. Because of this you might only get a couple of hours off time between the Sunday and Monday shifts. The air conditioning didn't work sometimes. There were instances when you coulld hardly find a working headset or a chair.

You start out with paid training. The management is friendly. They offer a variety of schedules. They also offer you multiple overtime opportunities.

Cons

Some days can be surprisingly busy and stressful to get through.
