Pros

No pros just a payceck

Cons

They are so focused on their client that they can't see what is right in front of their nose. They want to hire dummies to work as skilled labor and pay pennies for them and then treat you like crap. THey do not care about anyone but their own pocket book despite claiming that they serve their clients. There is no room for advancement and no raises...in fact the pay for new employees has been reduced to $11!

It's a job

Pros

Depends on your outlook, It's a job and there are worse jobs. I pays the bills, and if you adapt it doesn't have to be TOO stressful. Very few people would want this for a long term job, although there are some that are used to it and have been there 8 years at the bottom level. Just keep doing the work, stay within or close to their metrics, and don't complain. There are some good people there, also some annoying ones.

Cons

Very much micromanaged time wise, need to stick to their call script at opening and closing, 11 minutes per call or eventually you get written up. They do allow considerable leeway in how you handle troubleshooting- they should, they don't have any training except on their in house software. I was working 10 hour, 4 day shift. They asked me if i wanted overtime , then i accepted 12 hour shift. Then they wanted me to do 13 hour shift, as some workers do; I turned this down. They want to give you less breaks per hours worked. The people that work 8 hour shifts get ridden harder they say.
