The training was atrocious and I didnt get any time shadowing a superior which deeply impacted my performance. The interview process is not transparent at all and the details about the training period are completely misleading.

The training has nothing to do with the actual job bad management

Training is lacking to say the least. It only contains some basic knowledge, most of it won't ever help you, besides it is outdated and yet they expect a lot of results and have high hopes during the nesting and production period. No shadowing, barely any "hands on" experience. They try and attract employee by promising a bonus at the end of the training that is really hard to achieve.
