Poor management of employees. Improper office timing. No work life balance. No perks and salary as the effort done by the employee. Too much pressure.

Non existent training procedures for this project

The offered training was not enough, and the targets make you lie to customers.

Not a fantastic salary but it adds up if you receive bonuses and so on. Many tasks to take care of, but you do get better with time

Pure corporate shenanigans with no real investment in their staff. Doing the trainings with the trainees just to validate the assigned due dates of the projects, no one cares that after that training you don't know almost anything.

Feedback is biased and based on the customers experience witch is subjective and unpredictable.

Pay was not very good for the work expected of you. There's too many variables in troubleshooting a Windows PC and finding a solution for it within a single phone call for it to be worth $12.50/hr in my opinion, even if half of the time that solution involves having it sent somewhere else or scheduling a technician for repair.
