- you work 9 hours and 30 min and have a 10 min break per hour - Rude managers -Toxic company - If you do not achieve your daily goal you’ll get in trouble

-back to back calls with no breaks in between -Management will get on to you for the smallest things(needing to drink water or putting caller on hold for too long) -Expected to deal with situations yourself when caller specifically requests to speak to supervisor or team lead -Training is 3 weeks, trainer doesn't stop for anything -During the 3rd day of nesting you are on your own, the help provided seems to drag their feet

The pay is much lower than other call centers. You get absolutely no upper management support. Supervisors will not take calls and will only ask that you de-escalate the issue. The only support you get is through messaging on Microsoft Teams and getting help from other colleagues in the same position as you. The benefits plan for families is bad. Training is the bare minimum and not enough time in a training period while being on phone for the first couple of weeks. The software system used to do most of your work is horrendous and clearly not made for the purpose they use it for. For a company that is working for a computer-making company, they give out very mediocre equipment.

Low pay,no training, no benefits

- Pay is in the lower end of the expect pay rate for this position. - Shortest promotion seen is 9 years. - No real room for growth. - Training is you shadowing another coworker for about half a month while also warming up to the calls and ticketing system.

Is the worst company ever that you can work at. I don’t suggest you try to work here . The training is a waste of time where you don’t learn anything , the TL is acting superior and putting for you things that they require from you and talking in a bad way like in somehow way you are in school. They don’t give you break time when you want , and they make big problems about it , the support is so trash , disrespectful, talking in a bad way with you always and not helpful at all for the new ones who indeed need it . This company is the worst that I ever worked and so unprofessional. Almost everyone from my group have left because of how they treat us, like garbage’s literally, so disgusting people. Im sorry for this company because the job is not so bad , but because of the employees they hire and they don’t teach them to be good people and professionals. Too much information in too little time , and they expect you to know everything from the beginning , leaving you alone on the calls. The salary is more little than they told me on the interview, this money is not worth at all for the work that they give you!

Not competitive salary. Lack of training. Lack of direction with constantly shifting goals. You'll never be able to hit target goals because there are none. When they do give you goals or targets, they change them without telling you. Hard to feel fulfilled working here. Benefits were good except they make you pay for them and it's expensive. No opting out.
