Pros
Hmmm, very difficult to come up with a pro for this company. There are a lot of friendly, hard-working non-management employees.
Cons
Other reviewers are right on - benefits are horrible. Very expensive health care, bad vacation, no payout of PTO or severance when you leave the organization. You can be performing beyond expectations and still get the boot. The CEO micro-manages every aspect of the business. Don't think you'll ever be able to make a decision in your position without running it past the CEO and having it vetoed. Most employees run scared of the CEO. Not a good environment to work in unless you want to develop an ulcer. Hard to tell what is the truth and what is a lie. Lots of turnover at all levels except for senior management.

people are nice, frinedly and opened, at least some of them, trying to work and continue with their lives in this shaky political environment, in the hope they pass the economical crisis
Cons
programme (work in shifts, in weekends-3 out of 4 ); stress (corporate philosophy- obeying rules and strictly following procedures), robot profile search-no creativity involved, negative social impact on your personal life, no balance and little future perspectives

- The company has many divisions and I think most of the bad reviews are coming from calls centers. - Competitive Salaries - Friendly and highly educated staff in a nice comfortable work environment. - It's a 9 - 5 job. no one expects you to stay longer that your work hours unless you agree to. - Very entrepreneurial.. If you have a good idea, you can just meet with the CEO or any of the VPs and discuss it. - Upper management might be traditional but very approachable
Cons
- You only get 10 vacation and sick days which negatively affects your life balance. - Health insurance is expensive

Pros
It was a decent work environment with fairly laid back management, business casual most days unless a client was due to visit and good pay if you are working on one of their better contracts like Honeywell.
Cons
At the time I worked there, there was a lot of conflict between what each individual manager told the employees as how to perform certain functions. This became very frustrating to the end users and the technicians both.
