Pros

The company I'm contracted to is great The health coverage I have, though expensive, is really good They pay well

Cons

I was told that I could not renegotiate my salary Over 2.5 years and no raise The contract is ongoing which makes it tough to know when to leap Other contractors who came into the same job a little over a year later were paid considerably more for the same work Account rep can be tough to get a hold of

Pros

One of the best reasons I enjoy this company is because of my managers. They are not constantly checking in, but when I need something or have a concern, they are always ready and available to help. They also are constantly evaluating the work of their employees so if you're doing a great job, you do get recognized.

Cons

You have to be very pro-active in your upward movement if you want/plan to move quickly. The salary is on the low side.
