      Great company - always looking out for the employee. Never had a question that was not answered quickly and politely.

      Cons

      There seems to be a detachment once a contract has been terminated. Am unable to work with local personnel for opportunities for re-employment.

      I did not find any. I worked for six months only so can't say anything.

      CTG has good benefits and pays on time and regularly. The support organization is helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      This basically a staff augmentation outfit. They struggle to have industry practices that are focused.
