      Pros

      The position and pay I got was exactly what I wanted. My CTG manager was very professional and communicated with me when needed.

      Cons

      I think they could have helped out more in placing me in a new position when the current one ended.

      Pros

      There are many pros but this is my first venture into corporate consulting. I have been treated very well by all CTG employees on and off project. There is a great balance between work and home life. The pay and benefits are exceptional. The corporate credit card to cover expenses was a huge bonus for me not to worry about fronting my travel expenses which many other firms do. Ctg offers a huge repository of learning materials through their intranet learning center. The hours and expense sheet tracking is very easy to use.

      Cons

      I am under a year but haven't seen many cons to speak of. One would say there isn't much on the job help or training assistance, but you shouldn't be consulting if you need training yourself.

      Long background check. Persistent about having all former bosses complete recommendations. Health insurance is impractical.
