Our employees encourage each other to be the best they can be, and will lend a helping hand when a fellow co-worker needs it. This supportive atmosphere promotes a collaborative, inclusive environment where employees can be themselves and share ideas openly. All managers welcome suggestions for innovation, efficiency, and improvement, especially our CEO, who frequently reminds employees that his virtual door is always open.       Management did all they could to ensure business continuity and minimal impact. Additional attention and initiatives towards employees!

      Being a consultant, remote/home working options often depend on the policy of the customer at that moment, so might be different from CTG's own policy.

      Thank you for your feedback! We agree that CTG’s quick adjustments and adaptions to a COVID world kept our employees safe while accelerating our business and clients forward. Managers talked with their employees often, making sure they had the tools they needed to work in a safe manner, whether that be from home or in the office. Our focus on open communication kept us well connected to each other and to our clients.
