- favouritism. Hr would have favourites and give them better conditions over other employees. Male coworkers were also paid more than female coworkers for similar roles.
- HUGE salary discrepancies between employees and HUGE responsibility gaps between the job description and the real job. Also, very poor recruitment that lies about the job to get you to accept it, only to find yourself in a glorified call centre. (This is partially the clients fault as well)
- CTG would drop its employees at the client and never bother about their wellbeing at all.
- the great place to work stamp is a facade and I still believe they pay for it somehow as u cannot believe someone likes working for CTG long term.
- the turnover is crazy, I don’t know many people who stayed over 2 years
- once you start in one position, there is little to no chance that you will ever evolve from there even if you give your best and work your hardest
