Pros
not much pros.. it is just a consultancy and body shopping.. your managers will try to support you.. but most of the cases, they don't understand what you are working for..
Cons
What i understood was, if it is short term, you dont need worry about their compensation. because in the starting they give you good compensation.. but increment would be difficult because they need billing rate to increase.. we cont blame for this. because that is what all consultancy companies does.
