Many of our employees would agree with you that the ability to work from home lands in the “pros” column at CTG. In our recent Great Place to Work survey, employees cited the ability to work from home as one of the top three special and unique characteristics of CTG. In terms of structure and time off, our organizational structure allows for different employment options that employees may choose depending on their needs. While we allow all employees to take off throughout the year, paid time off is dependent upon the individual’s employment option. We encourage you to draw on that connection to management to address your salary concerns. There are a number of factors to consider when determining salary, with years of experience being one of them. Any concerns with compensation should be discussed with your manager.
