      Opportunity and compensation. All in all this company is one of the better ones to work for providing that you become aligned with a good management team.

      Cons

      Extensive travel, other than that, it is up to you to make it a good experience. The more effort you put in the more you are rewarded. It’s up to you.

      I found zero pros at this job.

      Every assignment treats you like you are garbage because you are not considered employed by the company and CTG pays next to nothing with garbage benefits.
