Our employees communicate that they find fulfillment in their assignments by drawing upon and developing their skills and experiences in order to meet our clients’ needs. We recognize that CTG is not immune to employees concerns from time to time, however, our managers work diligently to ensure all employees are not only happy in their assignments, but also reliably meeting our obligations to the client. When necessary, we encourage all employees to speak with their manager if they are unhappy or having difficulty meeting the expectations within the designated deadline.
