Pros

CTG smoothly grandfathered me in after the company I had been previously working for closed. They were very accommodating to the benefits I had previously received and offered new tools.

Cons

Their Insurance benefits are not the best, they have very strict attendance rules. CTG also had less paid time off than other companies in the same field.

Insurance Plan

Pros

An insurance plan does exist for hourly employees.

Cons

You would think an organization with over 4,000 employees would be able to negotiate a fabulous insurance package for its hourly employees. WRONG! The coverage terms are unbelievable bad and without options - $5,600 deductible for an individual and $11,200 for a family, office visit co-pays start at $50 in-network and $70 out-of-network and go up!

We appreciate the time you took to submit your feedback about CTG; it’s unfortunate to hear that you are dissatisfied with the benefits offerings. We stand by the words on our website, as our employees and their well-being are at the forefront of the decisions we make. Because we are committed to employee satisfaction, our Benefits team frequently evaluates CTG’s benefit offerings to ensure our plans meet the diverse needs of our workforce. While we are disheartened that your plan did not meet your expectations, we believe the plans we offer fulfill the needs for the vast majority of our employee population. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

The Consultants that you work with are extraordinary.

Cons

No company match for 401k and insurance benefits are extremely expensive out of pocket.

Pros

I hardly I can think of any and may be they are on time in paying.

Cons

-> You are just a number ->No insurance ( But they claim they have insurance, it is possibly call it discount card, funny part about that maximum it covers 10K!!!) ->If you really want decent insurance then they will reduce the 40% of you pay ->If you are starving and if you do not have any other option, then work for them for few months. -> Advise those to work currently in IBM and it is easier to get another job than it appears and you will be surprised how badly they are paying.

A GREAT Place to Work

Pros

A spirit of collaboration across the organization. Autonomy and trust that you will get your job done. Flexibility and remote work opportunities. Hard work is recognized in many ways and rewarded. A solid history of tenured employees - 20+ years is NOT uncommon. GREAT people. Tools and processes set up to support strong communication channels for a remote work force (IM, email, SharePoint, electronic time and expense reporting capabilities (with mobile receipt delivery - GREAT for travelers). Transparent communications - even when the news is not positive.

Cons

Benefits are expensive, but not out of line with the rest of the insurance market. Largely remote workforce can feel a little isolated and "on an island" at times.
