5yThank you for taking time to submit feedback. In follow up to your concerns, we believe CTG offers career enhancing opportunities for all levels of employees, whether they are junior, senior, or somewhere in between. We are disheartened to hear you felt your family and social life were not compatible with a CTG career because we feel quite the opposite. Especially while we work through the complexities of a COVID-19 world, CTG supports flexible schedules with work from home options so employees are able to fulfill both their job requirements and family obligations. We feel that type of support along with our dedication to employee well-being is what earned us “Great Place to Work” certifications in 2019, which is notably different from the “Employer of the Year” survey that we do not participate in. As you know, Filip Gydé, our CEO, is particularly driven by employee satisfaction and ensuring CTG lives up to his mantra that “happy people produce quality work”. 5yWe appreciate the time you took to provide your feedback, but cannot agree with your statement that we don’t mean what we say. ‘Reliability Matters’ is a foundational philosophy of CTG, which means we say what we mean, we do what we say, and we always get the job done. Listening to our employees, either through direct manager communications or through our annual Great Places to Work employee satisfaction survey, is a part of our commitment to continuously improve as an employer and workplace. For many years, CTG has been certified as a Great Places to Work in Belgium because we have demonstrated that we are not only listening to employees’ feedback, but also act on it and make improvements. In addition, we are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees not only at the time of hire, but throughout the duration of employment. 4yWe appreciate your response, and agree that our managers are friendly! From day one, managers establish meaningful connections with their employees through frequent conversations and check in’s. This feeling of connection is seen in the results of our recent Great Place to Work survey, where 86% of respondents felt that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome. We encourage you to draw on that connection to management to address your salary concerns. There are a number of factors to consider when determining salary, with years of experience being one of them. Any concerns with compensation should be discussed with your manager.

Happy employees who feel secure in their jobs and have the flexibility to work remotely bolster our positive work environment. With CTG’s increased presence in the digital transformation space, there are many new, exciting prospects for our employees, which means an increase in opportunities for growth and development. These opportunities allow employees to build upon and expand their skillsets. In terms of salary, we continuously assess the market value of skills to ensure competitive pay.
