      Pros

      Opportunity and compensation. All in all this company is one of the better ones to work for providing that you become aligned with a good management team.

      Cons

      Extensive travel, other than that, it is up to you to make it a good experience. The more effort you put in the more you are rewarded. It’s up to you.

      May 26, 2017 All Recruiters including team leads were terminated with one month salary serveance.

      Cons

      India Offshore center on verge of shutting down, recruitmzent team was laid off 20+ Recruiters were terminated from their jobs.

      Pros

      If you are a developer and want to work and have a nice mission to develop using new technologies: avoid CTG ... run away!

      Cons

      - Hard to find a mission for developers - Not a referenced within Luxembourg clients - Fixed price projects ( "Projets en forfait") are very old technology and management is made by young persons thinking that they are in a higher position and you are obliged to do a work on time THEY decided to be done on, with too much harassment. - RH team make pressure and threats in case you don't accept to work for a "Fixed price project" or a mission. - Too much bla bla meeting just to show that they are working and there is business - Too much non useful hierarchy (manager, leader, team leader, boss of business line ,bla bla bla ..) looks like all are managers in this company ( ironic )

      CTG encourages all current and past employees to post reviews of their CTG experience. We enjoy reading the positive comments so we can continue to develop our strengths as a company. While negative comments are disheartening to receive, we see it as an opportunity to develop action items in response to constructive criticism.       Horrible Company. Modern day slavery!

      Pros

      There are NO pros for CTG.

      Cons

      They underbid on contracts and hire a small team with a shoestring budget and then try to work you like a slave. The clients have no clue how bad CTG is and on top of the deliverables for the client CTG tries to occupy 175% of your time with CTG administrative tasks and supervisory responsibilities of your other team members without your consent or paying you for all the additional ours. Don't be fooled.

      While we appreciate your feedback and regret that you had a negative experience here at CTG, we respectfully disagree; our employees find many benefits in working for CTG and client deliverables are always a top priority. Our employees communicate that they find fulfillment in their assignments by drawing upon and developing their skills and experiences in order to meet our clients’ needs. We recognize that CTG is not immune to employees concerns from time to time, however, our managers work diligently to ensure all employees are not only happy in their assignments, but also reliably meeting our obligations to the client. When necessary, we encourage all employees to speak with their manager if they are unhappy or having difficulty meeting the expectations within the designated deadline. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

      Collaborative environment. Autonomy to get your job done, but "being busy" is not enough - results are what matters. This works for some, but is not a great fit for others. Remote work opportunities in most areas of the company. Great people and strong teams. A lot of employees with significant tenures speaks to the stability of many jobs at CTG - both billable and OH. Growing number of opportunities for new team members. Offer benefits packages for the individual, individual + spouse, or family for FT employees.

      Benefits packages could be stronger, but not all that different than those offered by other "like" companies. Opportunities for growth can be limited in some areas of the company and/or slow to achieve

      Pros

      Great history of service to many quality organizations. Lot's of incredible talent have contributed to building CTG.

      Cons

      New CEO and leadership. Well paid for an "earn while you learn" management team. A spin Doctor. Rated operationally weak by his last firm; and described as "in it for himself". Lot's of confusion and I told you so's on e-mail.
