Pros

The job is remote, but you have to go into office one week out the month but not every single month. The pay is decent if you are full time They do provide the work equipment

Cons

I’ve been working for con ed for about 15 months now. I am at the point where I am completely over the job and I am looking else where. I started out full time but was changed to part time. My schedule changes a lot and usually it is a week notice. Customers are extremely rude. I am a patient person and super respectful, the job is not for me. Also, I was sick for a few days and was paid but they started taking the money from my paycheck weeks later stating I needed to submit documents that I was sick. I was unaware of that previously.

Pros

Pay is decent and health benefits are great especially if you have children

Cons

Micro managing but yet very little assistance from mgmt. Call resolution is expected but there’s very little you can do to assist your customer. Easy to get burnt out here!
