Pros

Benefits. The best thing about this company are the benefits from when I came into the company. I am part of a union also.

Cons

Expectations on productivity. Your capabilities are not considered. You are expected to take call after call after call with almost zero downtime to even go to the bathroom. You are expected to tolerate all kinds of verbal abuse as long as you take as many calls as you can. Scheduling You are at the mercy of the company. It's based on seniority so you almost never get what you wanted first pick. The Union The union was great when i first came in 6 years ago but everyone is burnt out and they just dont care about protecting the employee anymore with the company hr dept and lawyers breaking down their necks.

Working here can definitely open up more opportunities to work else where within the company and beyond.

Cons

Changes to work schedules completely disregarding employees with children and not much communication from management in regards to when you'd be able to transfer to another job posting within the company.
